Empowering the Underprivileged
through Education

The Heart

In the heart of Matunga, lies the institution that has helped several women and children’s lives take flight away from their adverse circumstances. The motive of The Ashram, as it is fondly known, is to encourage our residents to become a part of the mainstream society. It is our continuous effort to place them in suitable jobs, find life partners and encourage adoption.

Our Vision

Empowering them through
Education and Skill Development.

For more than 9 decades, the Ashram has been home to over 20,000 abandoned children, unfortunate women and those with special abilities. The Ashram has wholeheartedly undertaken several projects that attend to the needs of such innocent souls, who’ve experienced emotional and psychological pain at an early age.
